General instructions (will work for most phones):
- Turn off your Samsung phone
- Insert a non-accepted sim card (different from the original carrier).

- Your phone is now fully unlocked!
If you get 'unsuccessful' again then hit Dismiss button and type *2767*3855# on phone keypad and try this procedure again (CAUTION! This will reformat all your data!).
